NPF has not created a course for surfing in sea kayaks. Surfing is implemented in the top two courses of the education ladder.

However, if you want to take the shortcut to fun sea kayaking in Lofoten waves, this course is an awesome solution.
Lofoten and sea kayak gives you surf at beachbreaks, surf the breaking waves of shallows and tidal surf.
The course runs over one day and gives you a lot to build on in your own development as a competent paddler.

- Suitable boat types
- Suitable equipment in general
- Wave dynamics
- Punch through the waves on the way out
- Select a surf-able waves
- Location of the wave
- Steering in the surf
- Safety in the surf zone
- Playing that makes you a better surfer
